Reviews and Ratings
I had a great stay at this hotel, which is currently undergoing renovations that promise to enhance the experience in the future. The rooms are clean and well-appointed, making for a comfortable stay. The location is fantastic, with many bars and restaurants within easy walking distance. However, I could see that the hotel is a bit worn down in some areas, which might deter some guests until the refurbishment is completed.
Our stay at The Mining Exchange was fantastic! The hotel's prime location made it easy to access numerous dining options, and the ambiance was delightful. The staff genuinely enhanced our experience with their welcoming nature and professional service. While the dining experience varied between nights, we enjoyed some amazing meals. The only issue we faced was the parking situation, which could use some improvement, particularly on busy mornings.
The hotel has a beautiful location and is conveniently close to many great restaurants. While the rooms are spacious and have wonderful views, the service left much to be desired, particularly in terms of attentiveness. We had issues with the coffee supply during our stay, which was disappointing given the high price point of the rooms. Overall, it's a lovely hotel with potential but could improve significantly in service.
I had a pleasant two-night stay with my family at this hotel, which boasts a unique character and modern art throughout. The spacious, well-appointed rooms offered comfort, but I encountered some issues, such as insufficient air conditioning and slow Wi-Fi. The hotel is ideally located in downtown Colorado Springs, but the service could improve overall amidst hiring challenges.
The hotel offered a vibrant atmosphere with a lively bar scene, which I really enjoyed on Friday night. The dining experience at Springs Orleans was quite pleasant, but I found my room to be smaller than expected. A major downside was the cleaning service, as they forgot to leave new cups for my evening tea, and it took quite a while to get some from the front desk.
